Boyle wins AIA LA Next LA Honor Award

The Boyle Heights ADU is a 1600 SF five-story structure built with stacked prefabricated concrete boxes. The design intends to use the prefabricated box to function structurally to resist gravity and partial lateral loading. The approach is non-typical and serves as an example for prefabricated structures on hillsides.
