The new 3-story, 39,000 SQ FT, retail and creative office space consists of long spans, split levels, and an open air atrium to maximize views and access to exterior spaces. Light frame construction utilizing steel moment frames was used to maximize open space above the concrete podium. The design will receive LEED platinum certification.
