Wende Museum Breaks Ground on Glorya Kaufman Creative Community Center

June 18th marked the official groundbreaking ceremony for the new Glorya Kaufman Creative Community Center. Designed by AUX, Nous is providing structural engineering services to rehabilitate the long-neglected buildings along Culver Boulevard, including a performance space, a teaching space, and community space for artists to gather and practice their craft. Recently featured in Urbanize, the design exposes the structural concrete as part of the finished aesthetic – achieved through tight tolerances and collaboration among the design and construction teams.
