The new headquarters for Ring, maker of home secutiy and other smart home technologies, is located in Hawthorne, California, alongside SpaceX and Tesla Design Center. The large adaptive re-use of two 18,000 SF warehouses encloses a new two-story atrium addition. The atrium features a double height terraced seating area and mature trees. The combination fo the existing building and new consructin forms over 60k SF of open and private office space.
