Led by Hanson LA, the design objective was to upgrade an exisitng residential high-rise into a premier property for renters in downtown Los Angeles. The resident living experience is enhanced through a wellness-focused design that involved lighting, materials, air and sound quality, and indoor-outdoor integration including multiple canopies, planting, and a floating yoga room.
