His expertise includes the seismic evaluation of existing civic and commercial buildings, evaluation of existing and new construction of Hospitals under HCAI jurisdiction, large scale seismic retrofit, adaptive reuse, and high-end tenant improvement projects for Science and Technology Clients. Jeff also has extensive experience managing the development of seismic programs for city jurisdictions and corporate clients.
