Nous collaborates on ADU Standard Plan projects

More exciting news on the housing front: We are honored to be included in the new initiative organized by the Mayor’s office and the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety, intended to simplify the hurdles of permitting for Angelinos. Nous contributed to developing plans to help turn the current permitting process into an over the counter approval. We collaborated on three projects led by LA Más (top row of images), Amunátegui Valdés (middle), and First Office (bottom). Check out all of the ADU Standard Plans here.
