Nous Engineering provided structural engineering and construction administration for Restore Neighborhoods, Los Angeles, whose mission is to invest in local neighborhoods, improve the built environment, and advance environmental sustainability. The project included five separate infill residences completed in 2017. The goal of the installments was to create a prototype home for a limited construction cost. The prototypes featured generously day-lit spaces, seamless indoor-outdoor living, and high ceilings creating openness and a sense of luxury.
