With in-house 3D laser scanning capabilities, we use our three-dimensional point clouds of existing building conditions for retrofit and renovation projects. The point clouds are used to create as-built structural models and aid in coordination and clash detection. The 3D scan of the unreinforced masonry building in Downtown LA assists with future retrofit design.
